On 24 December 2024, Dr. Wali Tasar Uddin MBE DBA JP, President of EBFCI, along with the Bangladesh Country Head and senior Directors of EBFCI, held a highly productive and insightful meeting with the Honourable Commerce Advisor, Mr. SK Bashir, at the Ministry of Commerce.

In May 2025, H.E. Michael Miller, EU Ambassador to Bangladesh, met with Dr. Wali Tasar Uddin MBE, President of EBFCI.
